Nimbus Marks:
NIMBUS registered clients are authorized to affix both the NIMBUS certification and registration marks. There are regulations governing the use of both marks, however, because some of the NIMBUS registration marks incorporate the ASCB (E) logo, the regulations on where it may be used are more prescriptive.

Rules & Regulation to use Logos:
These conditions for the use of NIMBUS marks summaries how the different marks may be used to promote registration of management systems. NIMBUS clients are encouraged to make use of marks to publicize registration, but particular care should be taken to ensure that the regulations governing the use of the marks, and how they are displayed, are complied with.

The NIMBUS Certification Mark comprises the NIMBUS logo and the name of the standard. The NIMBUS Registration Mark comprises the Certification Mark plus the appropriate accreditation mark. Reproduction of the marks must reflect accurately the original artwork provided, in particular, the proportions of the different elements must be maintained Contravention of the regulations governing the use of marks or misleading use of any NIMBUS mark, including misleading claims or inferences about the registration provided by NIMBUS, could result in the withdrawal of a company's Certificate of Registration.

Misuse of NIMBUS Certificates of Registration or Marks:
A company, Whose registration has been withdrawn, shall not exhibit, or cause to be exhibited, its former Certificate of Registration or any copy of it, either on its premises or elsewhere, nor shall it use or display, or permit to be used or displayed, any reproduction, print or replica of the NIMBUS registration or certification marks in any form or on any material whatsoever.

All Certificates of Registration must be returned promptly to NIMBUS when there is either a legitimate requirement for a change to its detail or upon cessation of the company's registration.

No company that is not registration by NIMBUS shall use or cause to be used. The words ''NIMBUS ' in any manner or for any purpose whatsoever, in connection with its business, its company or trading name, nor shall it in anyway represent itself or its business as being so registered.
